Shipping policy

UK Shipping

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 (3-5 business days): £4.99, or FREE on orders over £80.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 business days): £6.99.

All large gym equipment is sent via UPS next day delivery and sent within 1 working day as standard.

All clothing and accessories are sent via Royal Mail within 1 working day as standard. If there are Royal Mail strikes we will switch over to DPD next day delivery.

Full tracking details will be sent via email or text.

All orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day, and most orders placed before 12pm will be shipped the same day.

We do not dispatch during weekends, so if you order after 12pm on a Friday your item will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Please allow 1 extra day for delivery during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas due to courier services being delayed. If you have not received your item within 3 working days please contact support@rawstrengthbarbell.com.

International Shipping

Only clothing and accessories are available for international shipping. Unfortunately we are unable to ship large gym equipment (Power Racks, Barbells, Benches, Bumper Plates) outside of mainland UK.

International orders are charged at £40 and usually take 5-10 business days to be delivered.

Brexit: information for European customers

Since our goods are shipped from the UK, and the UK has left the European Union, there may be additional charges upon delivery of your goods.

VAT: VAT will be payable in EU countries where the customer resides, with rates varying from country to country. VAT will be collected upon parcel delivery in the local country. To find the VAT rate in your country, please see Your Europe: VAT rules and rates.

Duty and tariffs: When ordering internationally, you may be required to pay import duty based on the ordered items and their declared value. Import duty is a tax imposed by your country's government on goods from other countries, and unfortunately, we have no control over it.
