On Saturday 10th June 2023, Raw Strength Barbell set up its first ever expo stand at the Welsh Fitness Expo, held at Cardiff City Stadium.
When we announced it back in January, we said the expo had seen thousands of bodybuilders, powerlifters, strongmen and strongwomen attend, and was growing year on year. Being named the expo's second confirmed exhibitor was a big moment for a young brand.
On the day
Looking back, we just had a tonne of fun. A huge thank you to everyone who came up to our stand and took part in our competition. You made the day.
That first expo set the tone for everything since: we don't want to be just another stall. We want to meet the community, get people involved and make fitness events fun.
We went back for a second, bigger year in 2024. Read about Welsh Fit Expo 2024.
