On 16th March 2025 we were the event two sponsor at Wales Strongest Woman 2025, organised by Cardiff Strongest Promotions (@cardiff_strongest_promotions) at The Compound gym in Cardiff.
The deadlift
Event two was the deadlift, the Raw Strength Barbell Deadlift Challenge. Thank you to the Cardiff Strongest team for having us and for putting on an awesome show for the women competing.
Well done to every athlete who stepped up to the bar. Strength is within us all.
