In August 2023 we exhibited at the TRU Athlete ISFF expo at ExCeL London, one of the most anticipated fitness expos in the UK.
The weekend was packed with events happening at the same time, including the Sheru Classic Open Pro Qualifiers bodybuilding show, the ADCC UK National Championships, the Strongman European Championships, Masters Football, Fight Klub and the Kettlebell World UK Summer Open Championships.
The RSB bench press competition
We ran our bench press challenges at the stand all weekend. Congratulations to our winners:
- Men's Bodyweight AMRAP Bench Press: @mr.med.memari with 33 reps of 80kg
- Women's Half Bodyweight AMRAP Bench Press: @alexandra_alexa_sw with 77 reps of 30kg
We also had a go at the other challenges at the expo ourselves, and came back on day 2 to try to beat our day 1 scores.
Thank you to everyone who took part, bought anything, or just stopped by for a chat, and to our staff for working so hard all weekend. Our aim is to make fitness events fun again.
