From 15th to 17th March 2024, Raw Strength Barbell was at the Arnold Sports Festival UK at the NEC in Birmingham, at stand 4F15. It was our first ever Arnold.
Bodyweight Bench Press Competition
We brought our bodyweight bench press competition to the stand, with cash prizes up for grabs, plus expo-only discounts and new product drops. A massive thank you to everyone who took part, popped by for a chat, or picked up some new gear. Congratulations to all our winners.
The team
A special shout out to the ambassadors and team who helped at the stand over the weekend: @thomas_moir_pt, @freemanfitness_00, @romeo.ardael, @_fitnesswith_emmanuel_ and @gingerbread_stick. It was also great to meet ambassadors @declanwaggett, @imryun and @steedmanrachel8, who competed on the Sunday.
Taking on the Arnold challenges
Competitive strongman and RSB ambassador Josh Darker (@gingerbread_stick) worked through the Arnold expo challenges: the 88kg and 80kg Dinnie stones, a 100kg atlas stone and the 300kg frame carry.
From start to finish we enjoyed every moment of it.
